Anett Gregorius feels at home within the serviced apartment segment. She graduated in business administration in 1998 and already laid the foundation for her professional career with her diploma thesis "Presentation and Evaluation of the Development Trends of Serviced Apartments in the German Accommodation Market". In 1999, she founded the company Boardinghouse Consulting and introduced the brand Apartmentservice as the first independent specialized booking platform for serviced apartments in Germany in 2001. Today both companies operate under the brand name Apartmentservice. Through constant market observation Anett Gregorius has a precise and up-to-date market overview. Annually, she publishes a market survey of the serviced apartment industry in Germany. In 2013, she launched the SO!APART, which quickly established as a renowned industry meeting; where also the best serviced apartments are awarded the SO!APART Awards. Together with Matthias Niemeyer, she is the editor of a Compendium about Temporary Living (Kompendium des Temporären Wohnens).
“There is a great balance of fun sessions and within a short space of time everyone is happy to engage and chat to each other and there is no time to feel left out as the energy is infectious. The mix of tours and alternative sessions; meditation, walking tours etc is a great way to get everyone talking and relaxed. My favourite is the morning meditation as it really energised everyone and broke down some barriers, the insights from some market leaders is also very useful and gives a valuable inside look at what’s going on.
