Corporate Housing Factory celebrates fifth anniversary

Netherlands: Corporate Housing Factory is celebrating the fifth anniversary of the of the successful management buyout of Vesteda in 2013.

In celebration of the organisation's past five years, Corporate Housing Factory has launched a magazine this month, called the Corporate Housing Special. The glossy magazine was published by Zuidas Publishers and features 60 pages of company history, industry news, impressions of new projects and tips for corporate travellers and expats in the Netherlands. Readers can also read about the Corporate Housing Factory team.

Corporate Housing Factory manages eight properties in the main Dutch cities; Rotterdam, The Hague, Amsterdam, and Eindhoven - with more to come across the Netherlands.

Michael Berendsen, director and owner of Corporate Housing Factory, said: "It is hard to believe that five years have passed since we could spread our wings and start Corporate Housing Factory by taking over Vesteda's corporate housing department. But when I look at what we have accomplished, it is hard to believe that we have done so much in only five years."

Jouke Baaima, co-director and owner, added: "It has been a great ride with lots of amazing people. Even if the road is bumpy at times we've persevered by keeping in mind our passion to transform the serviced apartment industry and providing our residents with a place that they can call home."

Corporate Housing Factory is a sponsor of Serviced Apartment Sumit RECHARGE, which takes place in Berlin on January 22 and 23.

There is a great balance of fun sessions and within a short space of time everyone is happy to engage and chat to each other and there is no time to feel left out as the energy is infectious. The mix of tours and alternative sessions; meditation, walking tours etc is a great way to get everyone talking and relaxed. My favourite is the morning meditation as it really energised everyone and broke down some barriers, the insights from some market leaders is also very useful and gives a valuable inside look at what’s going on.
